Default Pasta Sausage-anesca

My favorite pasta sauce is a good puttanesca sauce. I had some zesty
Italian sausage and added that to the sauce.

Browned the sausage then added some garlic, a little oregano and some
dry white wine to deglaze, I'm out of red wine :-(

Added some Trader Joe's starter tomato sauce and anchovies.

Then some Nicoise olives, capers and red pepper flakes.

Served over some organic multigrain angel hair pasta then topped with
fresh ground Parmesan cheese and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.

Mmmm leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
