fired up random neurons and synapses to opine: Ohmygosh...the recipe Squeaks provided for the baked pineapple with kahlua and brown sugar was WONDERFUL (especially with the creme fraiche on top in place of ice cream) and I thank you very much! You're very welcome. That is a sure fire crowd pleaser and a host/ess' magic hat when out of time to make dessert. A little homemade vanilla ice cream ain't bad with it, either!
