Default Carniverous Curry night

Next wednesday night at the Lucas household.

So far I've got a Butter Chicken, a Rogan Josh, a Korma, and a Vindaloo
going.

1 chicken 3 beef and saffron rice.

Might even relent and do a tofu and vege curry, for the carnivores who want
that one vegetarian hit for the year.

Was going to have Naan's, but will have garlic Roti's instead.

Looks like it's going to be a 'busy' night :-)

If you jump a plane right now, you might just make it :-)

Even just for the garlic rotis...... they are *seriously* nice!!

Nope, beef. Had a chat with the SO (lamb freak that she is) and she wants a
lamb dish. We're going out tomorrow, so it looks like I'll be picking up
some lamb. Haven't decided yet what style it'll be. Might do a Jalfrezi.

It's one of the milder ones for the night :-)

I went off theme and made the vego dish a Thai Red Curry.

So far, it's got spicy tofu, and plenty of potatos in it. Just before
serving I'll add some fresh peas, maybe some beans, some pumpkin and maybe
even a carrot or two.

Nahhhh, got friends in places further afield than Fargo :-)

Nice river running through the center of your town..... lots of trees in
the streets, a 9 hole golf course right across the river from the big golf
course....

I'd live out at Reiles Acres though...... less people :-)

Not many red roof's in town either!!

(Google Earth is your friend ;-)
