Free range Buffalo burger, bloody rare on waffles with no condiments and a
tall glass of milk.

First, I'm still not feeling great (sinus crud) so I'll have a cup of mint
tea with honey. When I actually wake up I'll have an omelet seasoned with a
sprinkling of Penzey's Bonnes Herbs (love that blend!). I cooked more of
those small link breakfast sausages the other night so I'll heat up a couple
of those to go with.

My treat with wardrobes, pick our colors.

The usual.... Shredded wheat with sliced banana, whole milk and demerara
sugar, a latte and a slice of toasted Italian bread with honey.
