Early breakfast

Egg Beaters chipped/chopped with chipped/chopped broccoli w/avocado slices
omelette with a tall glass of A&W diet root beer.

Heh. Heard a lot about "Egg Beaters" (but haven't bothered to see if
they're available here)... how do they taste/compare to fresh eggs in an
omelette?

I had some cheddar cheese on a buttered bread roll and a cup of tea
for my brunch - I can't eat that early...
