Default Dinner last night, leftovers tonight

Tri tip that was seasoned with a dry rub and oven roasted. I would
have preferred cooking it on the grill but it was cold, windy and I
was a wuss.
I also roasted some red potatoes and green beans

Leftovers I think will be tacos.
