Breaded Pork Chops

I made burgers last night. But I also roasted red-skin potatoes I cut them into quarters. Tossed with olive oil, granulated garlic and rosemary, S&P, roasted at 425F 30 minutes. Crispy and golden outside, nice and tender inside. And oh boy did they taste good! Jill |
