Default Yuba City

Today for lunch I made combination of yuba and tofu (both from
Hodo Soy), green onions, and corn (from our freezer from last
season). All this involved was sauteeing the onion and tofu in
a little canola oil, adding black pepper, tamari, and the corn and
yuba, and simmering it covered for a few minutes.

Very tasty stuff. Too bad the yuba's a little pricey.

ROTFL- Yuba City *is* a CA in-joke. Remember when it was listed as the
worst metropolitan area to live in in the whole US?

Well, at least the cost of housing there is low compared to the rest
of California.
