Totally forgot! Bummer. I didn't. I went out every 15-20 minutes to check out the progress. It was a full moon and we had a clear sky. The only problem was that it was extremely cold, but later on I could see it through the front window. |

DH & DS set up an old telescope with a digital camera to look at it -- they got some decent pictures, but haven't uploaded them yet... -- Jani in WA |

The last full eclipse I saw was when my kids were very small and I was in a camper at the Del Mar Fair. I think it started around midnight. This one would have been fantastic if it wasn't overcast. When I left work, I could see the moon through a light cloud cover but when I got home the moon 15 minutes later, it was totally obstructed by clouds. I couldn't even tell it was any darker than normal. -- See return address to reply by email remove the smile first |
