Default Food since Friday night.......

The guests arrived Friday afternoon, and brought a *stack* of wine with
them!!

Dinner Friday night was Garlic Prawns with Creamy Coriander sauce,
tossed over fetuccine........ as an entree.

Then handmade pizza with cheese and roasted garlic calzones for the
main.

Breakfast Saturday was scrambled eggs (French), sauted mushrooms, a
chicken pine nut and spinach sausage, some yummy bacon, served on
toasted French sourdough.

Lunch we gave a big miss because we were still full from breakfast!!

Mid afternoon we had nibblies, cheeses and a 'paste taste', along with
toasted Turkish bread, with lemon EVOO as a dipping condiment, and some
Tasmania "Bush Dust".

Dinner, we had extra guests come over, so I cut a whole Rib Fillet in
half and roasted it in the weber and that was had with salad and *lots*
of red wine...... there was a 'Bogan' in there,

Not as good as the other cake, so the other is now going to become my
'signature' cake :-)

Now all we need to do is sleep for a couple of days!!

But........ we're going down to the beach for lunch. Going to do steak
sandwiches cooked on the BBQ down there.
