Default Good, simple dinner (chicken)

I just chopped up part of a huge chicken breast that turned out really
moist, added about twice as much tomato (cut up grape tomatoes), salt and
fresh ground pepper, and some dollops of Hellmann's Light mayo.

Incidentally, this was that "15% enhanced" with chicken broth stuff. I've
discovered I can stand it in chicken but not in pork. Who knows why. (I
looked for "unenhanced," but there was none at Kroger.)

Is "I can stand it" a good standard for any ingredient?
Is your standard for mayonnaise, "I can stand it," as well?

I'm glad that Kroger left this area now.

The Kroger supermarkets where I live, sell Kroger brand chicken, but
they also sell Tyson and Pilgrim's Pride. How many different brands they
sell, could depend on the manager of the meat market. Just a guess on my
part.

I would ask the manager why they are insulting you with the enhanced
stuff and give my money to another store.

Krogers here sell a Tyson's Natural, but it has chicken broth squshed
in, 15%; Sanderson Farm is unenhanced, but it may be regional.

If you don't you are signaling that Walmart adulterated/embalmed "meat"
is a great thing with you and to keep it coming. If people don't speak
up the store will think everything is just fine.
