Well, with my food allergies, the only kind I can eat is what I make from
scratch, or Trader Joe's Vegetarian pizzas. They are flat bread with tomato
sauce and assorted vegetables on them.

Can't agree, I don't know what a "Hungry Howies" is so they are the 3
worst pizzas on the planet...

Nancy's stuffed.

Not sure it qualifies as pizza, but they have a stuffed spinach pie with a
butter crust -- buttery yeast crust (top and bottom) stuffed with
mozzarella, other Italian cheeses, spinach, garlic, and herbs.

Ask for sauce on the side. Ladle the pizza sauce as you like over the slab
of cheesy goodness.

If that doesn't count as pizza, then Nancy's regular stuffed pizza with
mushrooms and sausage and/or pepperoni.

I must disagree. Around here, Domino's makes one of the best pizzas
of any of the fast food or restaurant pizza houses.

That is sad if Dominos is the best you can get.

One of my favorites for a chain here in New England is Papa Gino's Rustic
style. There are still some independent shops that are superior, especially
if you get to Boston or New Haven.

Homemade crust brushed with olive oil, cooked on a gas grill, and
topped with sliced fresh garden tomatoes, chopped pepperoni and asiago
cheese. Serve with chopped fresh basil.

Yeah? The OP was a troll. What better way to respond to a troll?

I live in the Los Angeles area and there are more than a few pizza
places here... some are good, some are bad. Our Domino's is good.
Sorry about yours.

When I was working (I'm retired now) I traveled on business from New
York to Florida to Washington to California and quite a few places in
between. (Including five business trips to Hawaii. It was a tough
job, but someone had to do it.) ;-) I've eaten in a lot of very
good restaurants and the usual range of fast food places.

Once again... it depends on the individual operators of the restaurant
or chain store. I'm not a food snob, but most recently I've eaten
pretty much the gamut of restaurants in Southern California from Le
Sanglierto Taco Bell. Really good food comes from a variety of places
depending on who's doing the cooking and who's selecting the
ingredients. The fast food places don't have much control over the
selection of ingredients, but there is a definite difference from one
fast food restaurant to another of the same chain. You just have to
try until you find the good one.

Ron
