Since dextral people dominate the world, why would this particular
survey show otherwise, unless we are all so unique that the majority
of us were sinister?

I'm pretty strongly right handed tho' I can write with my left
hand (not well I'll admit) and trained myself to use either hand
for a lot of things for reasons that seemed good at the time.
Most of my choices were those of a right-handed person but MCINL
for which shoe first....whichever comes to hand first is my
answer.

The shoe question reminds me of a scene from All in the Family where
Archie makes a big deal of Mike putting on a sock, then a shoe, then the
other sock and the other shoe instead of sock, sock, shoe, shoe.

What I'd be interested in is the correlation between answers.

I'm left-handed.

I hold my drink in my right hand (the better to shovel food in with my
left).
I use my left hand for the "wooden spoon".
I put my right shoe on first (for reasons that have nothing to do with
my handedness).

I could see Mike's point of view. That way he would be guaranteed a dry
foot if for some reason he had to go outside in the rain before he could
finish the task. Shows forward thinking. Archie always thought with a herd
mentality.

Well, I'm left-handed, but I still hold my glass/mug in my right hand,
so I'd say it isn't as simple as that.

Goodness, the results were either wiped out or I'm the only one who actually
voted (a day late?!).
