Another proof that where I live is a wasteland for restaurants. I don't
want to mention the name of the restaurant or the town. This whole scenario reminds me of the contestants on Hell's Kitchen or Top Chef who are "Executive Chefs" in restaurants and one considers that they are well qualified to come out on top of the heap. Here is the recipe in part for this 'Executive Chef's" red beans and rice. Onion, red and green peppers, cajun blend season (I withheld the brand), andouille and a 'Box of Uncle Ben's Red Beans and Rice Mix.' Dee Dee |
