I was doodling around on the internet looking for something connected
to another thread and stumbled across this site.... wow, it's packed
with lots of good recipes I want to try! http://cuisine.com.au/

We make falafel using the box mix at my house, but adding fresh broad
beans is a variation worth considering and the sauce is at the top of
my list. It sounds like the perfect topping for falafel, cucumber and
tomato.... which I've discovered is even better wrapped in a whole
wheat tortilla instead of sitting in the usual split pita bread.

From
http://cuisine.com.au/recipe/Broad-b...-yoghurt-sauce

Tahini lemon yogurt sauce
Makes 1 1/2 cups

3/4 cup tahini
3/4 cup yogurt
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt

Combine all the ingredients and whisk well to create a smooth
consistency.

The more you whisk it the thicker it becomes. Thin with more lemon
juice or yogurt.

Many of my top-recipe sites are either British or Antipodean. Thanks
for sharing this one, it's terrific.

Now I'm mad at myself for putting back that falafel mix back on the shelf at
Wegman's today. :-(

It is simple to make with stuff you probably already have on hand. Just
a few ingredients and mashing by hand or a quick trip through the
blender or food processor. Here are typical versions and you can tinker
with it quite a bit:
