Last night I bought some fresh organically grown parsley for my lasagna
this weekend (which is my signature dish). Is there a difference
taste-wise to organically grown herbs?

Yes, no, maybe, but the difference would have absolutely nothing to do with
being grown organically. Since produce doesn't come from a food replicating
computer, like in Star Trek, there are inconsistencies and there will always
be differences.

I just read that it reduces exposure to synthetic pesticides and
fertilizers. If there's no difference in taste then I'm going to keep on
buying it.

You just learned that about organic produce? The part about chemicals?

Well, it's true. There's no guaranteed consistency in living things. This
year, my green peppers have thicker walls than last year. Same seeds, same
soil, same planting location. And, my parsley's half the size it was last
year. Same seeds, same soil blah blah blah.

My parsley and oregano can kick your parsley and sorrel's asses! And
don't let my savory get behind you either! The chives are only there as
a diversion.

but my rosemary is always ready for a throwdown

I'll bet my Mexican Oregano bush is bigger than your Rosemary. ;-)
I know it towers over mine!
