Default Dinner time!

DH came home early today so we had 'dinner' at four o'clock (we can
have supper later if we get hungry again...) I poached some chicken
breasts on the bone in the oven with lemon and herbs, let them cool,
and made a nice chef's salad - fresh butter lettuce, cherry tomatoes,
skinned and diced poached chicken, pickled beetroot, croutons, a
little grated cheese, some honey-smoked ham off the bone, and Thousand
Island Dressing. It was delicious!
