He should have had a manicure before the cameras did close-ups on his
hands.

Other than that, I thought it was cute - I have most of the things he
has - except a ravioli maker, a tomato slicer and a knife that long -
although I do have a giant butchering knife that my grandpa used when
he butchered hogs. That sucker is discolored (not stainless steel)
and SHARP. I love it. It's the only knife I have that will cut an
acorn squash in half with ease.

Ok, whatever...

I'm not going to burn cellphone minutes to watch a video.

Thanks anyhoo.

It has nothing to do with cellphone minutes. That was an intro
ad-blurb before the video begins!

Sheesh!

Andy

Well, it didn't work.

Oh well!

Sorry but, if you saw the cell-phone blurb it works.

Were you too lazy to try the alternate weblink I provided?

Andy

I tried both.

Dead ends both...

Works for me. I have one of those pasta measuring things!

Do tell!

Is it accurate?

It measures in ounces and also indicates # of servings for people who can't
figure out how many ounces of pasta they need for a specific recipe. Works
for me Of course it only works for long skinny pastas (see the Spaghetti
thread!).

I't hard to say anything bad about a man who fought in WWII. But, in
Andy Rooney's case, I don't think they got all the shrapnel out of
his brain pan.

Did ya notice his hand trembles? Parkinson's Disease?

The man was born in 1919. At age 88 your hand would probably tremble, too!
I have to wonder why he has *two* of so many gadgets he doesn't use, never
has used and probably never will use.

Mine have been trembling for six years.
Hmm. Come to think of it, that's how long I've been married and...

Uh, never mind. My wife just walked in the room. :^)
