Cathy waves at Damsel

Made a roast chicken today - and used some of the "Funky Chicken Spice"
for the 'rub'. It was a tad saltier than I am used to (the label did say
that it contained salt) - but otherwise it was pretty good...

For the record: DH is my witness - I did put the leftovers in a
container in the 'big' fridge

That sounds great Good to know the bird didn't take flight to some
obscure location in the kitchen G. Will you try that "funky spice" on
other meats?

Think I'll keep it for chicken - they had other spices for various
meats. Willing to buy a few more now to try.

You brained your hair with beads and wore tie-dye when you did
this, right? And wiggled your butt a little?

Of course. But I did the SA version, which involves a lot of "flapping
of arms" too...

That's the most important part. I hoe the chicken got away.

That sucker is well and truly "fridged". And it *will* become chicken
salad tomorrow.
