Default Breakfast for a Monday...

2 over easy eggs on benecol'd whole grain wheat toast dotted with Cholula hot
sauce with a 16 oz. cup of fat-free milk and the last limb of seedless
grapes.

Right now I'm having a lemon-lime Publix grocery store brand soda, but I'm
considering walking to my friend's house to share some blueberry-banana
bread I made yesterday. Or, I'll just sit here like a lump and make a
frozen pizza.

You could have a quesadilla, couldn't you? Slap on some sour cream
(sparingly!), toss some olives on there, salsa - sounds like a good
breakfast to me. :~)

Oh, and coconut is supposed to be good for gout. Can you do a coconut milk
curry - SOMETHING?

Biscuits and scrambled eggbeaters, smothered in sausage gravy. And, of
course, pot of Eight O'clock Colombian

OH... you just said "eggbeaters" to hurt my feelings!??

Hrrrumph!

kili -- my best friend and enemy!

My days of Thai satays are over. Plenty of coconut cream but the fish sauce
has rendered me, well... unsalty? I know what FISH is (in my best Forest
Gump voice).

Well that's depressing! I'm trying to think of things in order to ease your
food boredom. I'll ponder this a bit.

kili,

KEWL!

The recipes look great! I've done a few recipes similar.

Cucumbers are my friend in a slaw and such. I pride myself with knife
skills when it comes to them!!! Only nick'd myself once. OOPS

I'm just a little down on cheese. High protein and all...

Thanks,

Andy

Muffets with dark brown sugar, milk and half a sliced banana, one slice of
toasted Italian bread with strawberry jam and a Latte.
