I've been up for 6 hours and am starting to get hungry. I'm thinking
of a pulled pork sandwich. It's still a little early to eat, but I
didn't eat much at all yesterday and thus, I'm hungry. If I feel so
inclined, I may saute up some mushrooms and onions to go on top of my
sandwich. Sounds kind of tasty to me.

LOL!!! You sound like me... 3pm and all of a sudden I go "Shit!! I
haven't eaten yet!!"

It's too late for breakfasty type stuff.......... and too early for
dinnery type stuff............ so I do linner :-)

(BTW, sending you an email..... let me know if it gets there.)

I just eat whatever is in the 'frige... if I want it, or check the
freezer if I want something different.

We do actually have eggs for breakfast sometimes, but sometimes we'll
make egg dishes for dinner too.

There are perks to being a "grown up". ;-D

Ok, I do bow to tradition occasionally:

I made the eggs. The sausage, bacon and sausage gravy covered biscuits
came from the dining facility at work. ;-d

But DAMN they were good!

Last time I make chicken fried steak, I bought some of their gravy to
use rather than making it myself. I used some boneless rib-eye.

Toasted split bagel with butter and one half with
a sun-dried tomato shmear and the other with a
garlic-herb shmear.
