OK........... I'll have a second go, I can't see the first one anywhere :-/
The beer. Couldn't find anything Mexican beside the usual suspects (Corona), so I went El Salvadorian :-) ![]() All the fixin's ready to go. I made the sauce out of bush tomatos that I've cultivated. ![]() The dough, after mixing and ready to knead for 10mins. ![]() 1 Pizza and 2 calzone bases ![]() Roasted garlic spread over the base with the tomato sauce on top. ![]() 1/2 the toppings on........ ![]() All the toppings on........ ![]() Ready to go into the oven...... ![]() Time to slide it off the tray onto the racks........ ![]() 1 roasted garlic, prawn, cheddar and mozarella calzone ready... ![]() 2 calzones ready to go in........ ![]() The finished pizza........ ![]() The finished calzones........ ![]() Ready to eat......... ![]() There was a crisp mecalun salad with Rocket to go with this, but by this stage I was all piccied out. For Xananews, it just renders the entire link unclickable, but that's not that big of a deal as I can select it and use a context menu to open the URL.
