Default Pressure cooker issue

I have a small/medium aluminum (4 quart) that I really love but
missing the little round thing (like a washer) that goes under the lid
to attach the piece where the weight sits and so liquid shoots up. I
think the washer piece can be obtained if know how to but I don't.

I bought mine back home during a visit but it looks like this except
pot shape is slightly different

I bought a new one - 8 quarts - but it's too big for one person I find
myself not using it. I was using my 4 quarts and I want to use it
again. ANY HELP?

You've told us nothing about the 4 Qt pot, so I at least am unable to
help you find replacement parts. The pressure valve is an important
item, so you will need to find an exact replacement. Otherwise there
could be a safety issue there.
Is there a brand name anywhere in the pot?
If so, you can talk to that company.
