Default Lettuce Wraps, chicken or beef...

Please go along with me on this, pretty pretty please, and post some
recipe ideas for this thread?


Here's one. If you don't like the cilantro, just leave it out.

Take a slice of turkey breast, slather it with cilantro mayonnaise
(recipe below). Lay it on top of a leaf of your favorite lettuce, add a
scallion and red pepper strip, and roll up tightly.

Cilantro Mayonnaise
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic

Add all ingredients to food processor; blend till smooth.
