I'll start (but I'm not a cilantro lover)

Take some thinly sliced roast turkey breast, fresh basil leaves, some
thinly sliced colby cheese and some alfalfa sprouts. Dress lightly
with ranch dressing and wrap in well washed and drained Boston Butter
lettuce leaves.

Here's one. If you don't like the cilantro, just leave it out.

Take a slice of turkey breast, slather it with cilantro mayonnaise
(recipe below). Lay it on top of a leaf of your favorite lettuce, add a
scallion and red pepper strip, and roll up tightly.

Cilantro Mayonnaise
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic

Add all ingredients to food processor; blend till smooth.
