Ok, my smart alec answer would be to google for it, since I know I've posted
it a few times, and I got it from rfc originally... But, I'm a nice person,
so here you go

Here you go; I'm sorry that I don't remember who originally posted this:

This is from the LA Times:

How To Make Cookies From Any Cake Mix

2 eggs
1/3c oil
1 tsp vanilla extract or other flavor to match cake mix
1 (2 layer) package cake mix

Lightly beat together eggs, oil and extract. Add about half of cake mix
and beat by hand till smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix till well
blended. Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart on
ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or till bottoms
begin to brown (centers will be soft).
