Yep, get the Uncle Ben's white & wild rice out. Cook it according to
package directions. When it's done, stir in 2-1/2 to 3 cups of chicken stock and heat through. Stir in 1 cup of half & half or cream and heat gently (do not boil or the cream may curdle.) I like to add a couple of tablespoonfuls of slivered almonds to this. Elegant and easy! Jill |
