wucking funderful food.

broiled marinated chicken legs with bbq sauce on the side,

green salad with bleu cheese bits.

And it's not even fattening.

Grinning like the Cheshire cat.

Not even fattening? Everything you listed has fat in it.

We're having grilled brats with onions and that seedy spicy mustard that
we like on steak rolls. Apple crisp later.

Fat doesn't make me fat. Simple carbs do. I think everyone is different. I
went on a high-carb, low fat, low protein diet when I was much younger, and
put on pounds despite lots of aerobic and other exercise. Cutting back on
the carbs gets me dramatic results in days, literally. Carb-wise, the only
no-no in the meal above is the bbq sauce as it is loaded with sugar. But I
only used a tiny bit.

Chicken legs have 15g of fat each. Blue cheese... salad
dressing....

Better start jogging.

See my reply to Andy. I've already lost six pounds of Christmas weight on
the low-carb plan. It's great.

Mmmm. I am on an onion rip lately. Sauteed. On just about everything!
And I love spicy mustard.

Will their be ice cream on our apple crisp? P (That's supposed
to be a slurp!)

cybercat,

Ahhh... low-carbing! I'm familiar. Had great results myself.

Happy reducing,

When I found myself at the all-time record in weigth, after 45 days in Nepal
and India, I was way too skinny and people told me I *had* to eat something.
A friend even tried to offer me a pizza, LOL.
Well, then I was 187cm for 92Kg. Others were fit with theyr 20-30 Kg less
and I was skinny at 92Kg, LOL.
My normal weigth is around 100Kg, and then I'm not fat at all. Everybody has
his own shape.
187cm = circa 6'2"
92Kg = circa 202 lbs
100Kg = circa 222 lbs
112kg = circa 248 lbs

Vilco,

In 2003 I went from 245 lbs. to 195 lbs. (diet/exercise)
By September 2005 I went up to 270 lbs. (r.f.c)
By September 2006 I dropped to 220 lbs. (diet/exercise)
Currently at 230 lbs. (r.f.c)

It's been quite a yo-yo four years.

At 195 lbs. I didn't realize how skinny I was (34" waist) since I always
falsely saw chubby in the mirror. Friends tried to fatten me up too! Then I
found r.f.c and began learning to cook. BUM!!! usenet.

All the best,

Andy

No. Homemade whipped cream...not cool whip.

My youngest son has a fiance who teases him about getting a little
out of shape, since he put a little weight on around the middle. His
reply was "round is a shape"....lol....Sharon
