Yeah, I saw that this morning. I had no idea a single person had
invented ramen. I'd always imagined that it had evolved somehow.

He didn't invent ramen. He only invented the idea of deep frying noodles
to make "instant ramen" commonly found in those small cello packs.
Ramen is a type of noodle that was in common usage for a long time.

This part worries me lol..........from the article :-
