Recipe Req: Shan Noodle (khowan?) recipe
The one with the roasted soy powder and mustard greens.
Anyone know a recipe for making this? My girlfriend is from Burma, and I want to surprise her with it. I have a mess of asian supermarkets in the area, can get any ingredients needed. TIA!!!
