You're sitting on a plane holding the new designer handbag that you
just purchased when the woman sitting next to you informs you that your
new $500 purse is a fake! Ouch!
Embarrassing situations like this happen every single day as
unsuspecting shoppers get ripped off buying replica purses, handbags
and more.
Unfortunately, if you are shopping online there is a very high chance
that you'll become a victim sooner or later.

Anyone who would be "humiliated" by this would probably be useless in a
genuine crisis, anyway. This is why Americans are often viewed as
"shallow" abroad.
