Default Source for HD cookie press

followups = rec.food.equipment

I want to purchase a heavy duty cookie press that's relatively
automatic, either electric or battery powered. It will be used to make
crackers that are extruded in a long ribbon, not unlike a think
lasagna. As an idea, I just might resort to the pasta attachment for a
KitchenAid stand mixer.

I already have a Bonjour battery-powered cookie press, but the cracker
dough I use is a little too robust for its capability. And, I cannot
use a manual cookie press because I am unable to handle all the gripping
that takes.

I've Googled as many keywords I can think of, but all I get are the
"same old things" that won't do the job. Perhaps I need to check out
the industrial strength models? TIA.
