Rice Vinegar
Try this salad, with Rice Vinegar.
Boston lettuce Toasted almond slivers (Do toast them, it makes a big flavor difference)) 2 chopped green onions orange sections Toast almonds this way--spread on a piece of aluminum foil. Spray with PAM. Put in toaster oven for one-and-a half minutes,no more. watch closely--they burn quickly. Then, sprinkle salad with Rice Vinegar, 2 tsp of olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss. SO good!
