Default Chicken Fricassee

My grandmother made this and I always loved it as a kid. I'm making a
variation tonight with the leftover turkey.

Chicken Fricassee

Cut up chicken, cook about 1 hour 10 min.
Take chicken out + thicken broth.
Put in cut up chicken, 1 can peas + carrots.
Season to taste.
Make biscuits.

My version has the leftover turkey cut up, added to fresh carrots and
peas cooked with onion in a little butter, thickened with the leftover
gravy. I'll add vegetable broth, steamed broccoli, green beans and maybe
a little more flour and milk if it needs it. We'll have it over fresh
home-made biscuits.
