Default Culinary Institutes


This link may be helpful to those who have asked in the past about culinary
institutes in their general area, or who have dreams of becoming better
cooks than I am. :-( It's interesting that the Culinary Institute of
America, in Hyde, NY, isn't mentioned, but maybe they don't need more
student chefs!
