(or, Spanisk smoked paprika), then a light drizzling of wine vinegar.
Try it, it's excellent on a hot tamale.


That's a hell of a good idea. I also live a block for one of the great
online spice merchants in the country and they grind their chili powder to
order right in front of you.

I'll let you all know how it turns out.
