Default Dinner Monday night.....

Lemon chicken.

Chicken thigh fillets sliced, then dipped in beaten egg and dredged in
cornflour, then deep fried.

For the last batch, I added a *really* good shake of cayenne pepper to the
cornflour. It gave that batch a bit of *zing* :-)

The lemon sauce was a commercial Chinese one. After doing the chicken, I
stirfried some fresh vegies and threw the chicken on top, then added the
sauce.

One of my SO's favourite dishes........ I can take it or leave it.
