Well, I tried to find a video for you on butterflying chops... but all
I found was still pictures and a nice site where the man says not to
butterfly chops to stuff, make a pocket instead. Anyway, there I was
innocently surfing the net finding videos about making butterfly
gardens and oragami butterflies when I stumbled upon this site

OMG! The risottos alone will keep me busy for quite a while.

Oh, I know the feeling. . .I've been there and done that! Look for a
recipe for one thing, and end up on another tangent altogether;-)
