Well, I tried to find a video for you on butterflying chops... but all I found was still pictures and a nice site where the man says not to butterfly chops to stuff, make a pocket instead. Anyway, there I was innocently surfing the net finding videos about making butterfly gardens and oragami butterflies when I stumbled upon this site http://www.italiancookingandliving.c...ipes/index.php OMG!
