Cybercat,

No bet!!!

It smells wonderful!!! Clean fresh pine scented air! It's about 65
degrees outside.

Another day in shangri-la.

All the best,

Andy

Looks wonderful. Makes me homesick for Michigan.... not that I want
to live there, but I'd like to visit.

sf,

You SHOULD visit. It's only a vacation visit, right??? I would visit my
home stomping grounds if I still had family there.

No family there for me either, Andy... not even my best childhood

We have those. And the kind that sucks, too. Neither is very
effective for wet Douglas Fir.

Metric sized 20-year composition shingles. Are you British?

Steve,

The closest I can begin to guess is Pennsylvania Dutch. That's about all
I know of bits and pieces of the house construction.

There's a small brass plaque under the kitchen sink "Stylecraft, Reading,
PA"

No, it will not blow down the trees, but it will definitely blow away
the needles, wet or dry..., in fact it does a better job at blowing wet
needles as they are heavier and are blown further.

Jill,

Funny you should mention it.

I've been turned down by yard folks because of the chore that it appears
to be.

I've managed portions of it forever.

The only problem is the deer ticks o' plenty
