Aside from eggs benedict, what else can I do with these English Muffin
beauties? (I know they aren't "English" and I know, toast, butter and jam).
Anything else? (These aren't USA's pretenders 'Thomas' muffins nor
Wonderbread, they are sourdough muffins.) So, maybe some cheese toast? I
have some lovely cheeses in my freezer. But aside from making them into
croutons to dot soup or stew, any suggestions? Egg mcquown? (I'd have to
buy sliced ham or "Canadian" bacon".)

Use as hamburger buns or for any other sandwich. Or mini pizzas, with
a tomato sauce topping,etc.

You really don't need the bacon. Egg and cheese is fine. Or add some
green pepper or whatever else you would add to an omelet.

They're good toasted with peanut butter if you like that.

Mini pizzas made with EM's we a favorite when I was a kid. I haven't
had one in years but they are pretty tasty.

How many do you have? They do freeze ok.

Tuna melts. Or use instead of hamburger buns. Or, sticking with tuna, make
some well-spiced tuna cakes in the style of Maryland Crab Cakes and eat them
on these great muffins with lettuce and a red onion ring or two with some
chipotle mayonnaise.

Why would you need anything other than eggs benedict??? That's pretty
much the perfect use, beyond that you may as well make the lame "mini
pizzas" with them and lower your self to near trailer trash level.

We like english muffin melts around here.

Toaast the english muffins.
Spread thinly with cream cheese - flavored if you have it (garlic &
herb or scallion or chive)
Top with thinly sliced tomatoes and red onions and some sprouts
Add a slice of cheese (muenster, colby, jack all work well) and run it
under the toaster oven broiler to melt.

Good for breakfast or lunch.

The package contains 6 muffins to split.

I'll have to stick with crab cakes for your suggestion since I cannot stand
tuna (neither can my cat, isn't that funny?). Or maybe salmon patties
But you've got me off in the right direction!

Trust me, I won't be making mini pizzas. They may be good but it's not my
idea of an English muffin

Or a chicken + BLT + cheese with a little mayo.

I hate mayo and Miracle Whip! And I'm not all that fond of chicken, either!

I fell into this conversation late, but crab melts or shrimp patty melts or
something would have been my suggestion, too. :~)

I recently made french toast with english muffins- was quite tasty. I
used an apricot honey syrup over the top, bit of whipped cream and
scattered some thinly sliced almonds. Was almost more like a dessert.

Cheese sandwiches are particularly good with EMs, as are burgers.

Aloha!
