Enough for two. It's a cold snack.
Prepare the night before for a Breakfast with Zing. 1 x 200 (Approximately) Gram Can Mackerel Steak in Tomato Sauce. 1 x OXO "Indian" Flavour Stock Cube. 1 Chopped Green Chili Pepper. (More to taste) A Very Small white onion - about shallot size - or just use a shallot. Sliced or chopped. 2 Red Bell Peppers, cut in half to make two shells. Combine the Mackerel, Onion, Chili and Flavour Cube, forking the Mackerel to break it up lightly. Simply spoon into the Bell Pepper shells. If liked, sliced hard-boiled egg on top to Garnish. Munch - with a handy napkin. |
