Default Horseradish snack

BG before 1 AM snack. 80. Cut a slice of pumpernikel in quarters. Topped
each with a thick slice of Brie cheese. Clockwise from top, plain,
horseradish, yellow horseradish mustard, brown horseradish mustard. That
horeradish burned my lips and took my breath away! They all made my eyes
water and cleared my sinuses, but they were all really good. The plain Brie
one was nice to clear my palate. One hour PP 102. Two hour 126. Three hour
109.

My SIL went to several places to get liverwurst for these, but everyplace
said it's been discontinued! Gotta make a run to the European Meat Market!

The "Hit & Run" horseradish and mustards are from
http://www.mustardmuseum.com/.

Their dressing recipe calls for 1 Tbs in a pint of dressing!

Rod,

I was gifted with two of their mustards and the strongest horseradish I've
ever tasted! May I send you some? ;-D

Sounds good but like Quentin I doubt if it would get through customs
here. They are screening another set of TV ads here at the moment
warning people to declare food and other stuff else fines etc. My luck
would be that whoever inspected the parcel would be having a BBQ that
weekend and just needed some exotic mustard. I'll just have to stick
with my English mustard to clear my head. Thanks though :-)
