Default Rigatoni aglia olia snack

FBG 91. Had 1/4 cup of Rigatoni pasta with a garlic and olive oil dressing
(forgot the grated Parmesan) and one Glutino Gluten Free Vanilla wafer,
Chalay Yisrael (5 gms of carbs). One hour PP BG 120. Two hour 110.

Why are you eating gluten free wafers if you don't have to?

I love pasta (it doesn't love me though) very hot with butter, garlic and
chili flakes mixed through.

My sweetie bought them as a surprise for me. They're low carb. And they
taste good! I think I'll have another. ;-)
