FBG 107. Drank a cup of lotus germ tea. 1/2 hour BG 104. one hour 101. Two
hour 96. Big Sunday lunch (big mistake) was Pork, Stir-fried with Rice
Noodles and a thick, sweet sauce (Thai Moo Rad Na), and a bowl of fresh
Rice Noodles (Thai Guaytio Pad See Yew. Heavy carb load. One hour PP BG
149, two hour 131.

Actually, your PP BGs were still within the limits recommended by the
American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists: 160 1 hr. PP and 140 2
hrs. PP Don't beat yourself up too much for a once-in-a while treat. :-)

Thanks, Karen. I strive to not go over 140. My Diabetician will interrogate
me about anything higher!
