A really delicious low carb lunch

Take;
one can of season skinless and boneless sardines
(you can drain off some of the oil if you like--- or not)

some finely chopped sweet red onion sprinkled over the sardines

pour few tablespoons of cider vinegar on top of that.

If you need to, you can accompany this with a Wasa cracker, but it stands
alone just fine.

The blend of flavors is really delicious.

I'd make one change - keep the skin and bones

I'll make another change...kippered snacks instead of sardines. ;-)

I like canned salmon bones, but the little tiny sardines with the

skin and
bones also have some of the innards in them..... the ick factor gets

me.

Best Regards,

Me too Evelyn, I'm not big on sardines, except as Striped Bass bait.
