FBG 95. Dinner was Green Curry (Gaeng Kia Wan Pla Bot) with fishcakes and
stir-fried pork and long green beans (Mu Prik King). The Green Curry was perhaps the best I've ever had. The first few mouthfuls were extremely hot, but by the time I finished, all I could taste was its delicious flavor, although I did sweat profusely during the entire meal. The pork was succulent, the beans crisp. I could tell that dish had some sugar in it. Jun said just a little bit to balance the flavor. I fell asleep after eating. 90 minute postprandial BG 89! Jun credits those golfball size Thai eggplants. I dunno. ;-/ -- Nick. Support severely wounded and disabled Veterans and their families! I've known US vets who served as far back as the Spanish American War. They are all my heroes! Thank a Veteran and Support Our Troops. You are not forgotten. Thanks ! ! ~Semper Fi~ |
