Default carbquick experiments

I bought some carbquick mix from netrition and so far so good!
Last night i made pizza dough using the carbquick mix and flax meal and
olive oil and yeast to make it rise.
I might try it without yeast to see if it make a more crackery crust which i
like over dough crusts.

For sauce i took a can of whole tomatoes and blended them with some olive
oil and fresh garlic and herbs and spread that over the dough with cheese
and pepperoni.

The results:

pre meal 72
one hour 83
two hours 90
three hours 89
Ate a meal and a snack and still checked in 5 6 and 7 hours later at 89.

Today is the big test..im doing cookies and nut breads with it!
If the results are like the pizza im golden!

Id post the pizza dough recipe but it was by feel..if i had to guess id say
i took two cups carbquick and one packet yeast in a half cup warm water and
one half cup flax meal and two tablespoons olive oil.
I will keep total track of the dessert items bu wight and amount for all.
