In the US it's Celiac Disease... and we have had folks wander in for gluten free recipes. There is a bit of cross over as some diabetics choose a low carb approach to control their glucose. But whereas folks with Celiac can eat rice and other gluten free carbs, the low carber will not. As for discussions, this board is mostly used for recipes, but that doesn't mean it can't be used for other things.
