Get £40 for an interview about Type 2 Diabetes in the UK

The Patients' Voice would like to take this opportunity to invite you
to participate in an interview for people who have been diagnosed with
Type 2 Diabetes

We are offering £40 for your participation in 40 minute interviews to
be held in London, Birmingham and Manchester. There are slots
available for you throughout the fortnight beginning 15th October.
But places are limited so please get in touch as soon as you can to
ensure your place.

In order to participate you or they need to meet the following
criteria:


· Have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
· Take medication for Diabetes
· Are aged between 18 and 70
· A non smoker
· Do not suffer from asthma or any lung condition


If you can recommend anyone who might like to take part and they do
qualify and participate in the interview we would be happy to offer
you £10 by way of thanks.
