Default Diet for Gastroparesis.

Thought I'd try posting this here even though this NG doesn't get a lot of
activity.

Does anyone here have this and if so can you give me some ideas of sample
meals that you eat? I am having a really hard time coming up with anything
doable and I'm tired of starving. I am allergic to dairy, eggs and almonds
so those things are out. I don't feel well if I eat meat, fowl or fish very
often. And it seems most of what is allowed on this diet is just too high
in carbs for me.

My favorite foods are all the things I can't eat. Like raw vegetables and
canned green beans.
