Default GE sensitemp replacement

Hi all:
My old GE Americana double oven range has a sensitemp, allowing variable
regulation of the burner temperature. I just burned it out by leaving it
on too long. I can't find a replacement of this microscopic little piece
for less than $200. Does anyone know where one can buy a sensitemp
regulator and burner for a fair price?
Thanks for any advice.
